Exercise at home, how do you do it?

Many of us deal with a variety of obstacles as reasons for not being able to start regular exercise.

The most common excuse is that you don\’t have time to exercise, but that\’s nonsense. It\’s a matter of priorities. If you have children, exercise ends with one of their favorite stories. If you go to work, you come home, exercise, shower, have dinner, and have a beautiful evening ahead of you. Rest assured, all you really need is 20 minutes a day and the results will follow.

We highly recommend these various home exercises. Anyone can do them. There is not a single excuse not to start doing these exercises. It is up to you to choose what home exercises you want to do and you can alternate between them.
